The

you work it. The ASAP fitness regimen shows you how to work out inexpensively
at home life long. It can also be used as a spring board for those wishing to
workout in a public facility or gym. The programs you learn will give you all

Fitness Training time need not eclipse or consume your life. We all want to be fit and at our best but how to do this in the shortest time possible? ASAP shows you how! ASAP is designed to give you the BEST results from the MINIMUM investment of time. You will work with programs that are results specific and effective. You’ll reach your goals with a positive mental attitude and learn how to invest the least amount of time in your program for the best possible return so you aren’t spending more time than you need in your conditioning regimen.
While students can purchase the course binders and study alone, attending group study with once a week classes is highly recommended. Group study is not just fun, it’s informative, reinforcing and motivational as well. Join up with a friend or a group of friends or take more than one of these three courses and you’ll enjoy a favourable break.
Please note that our Level One and Level Two programs are both open to beginners. Applicants do not need to take the Level One before the Level Two. The Level One is an introductory program that gives participants an opportunity to simultaneously participate in all the fitness modalities during each week of the program. They build their capacity gently while working in all modalities at once.
The Level Two program delves more deeply into the chakra material and the separate fitness modalities that make up their overall conditioning program. Participants learn the progressional approach to assembling their final fitness programs; each module contains one fitness discipline and each module adds that new discipline on to the last one learned, so that the total program is assembled gradually adding block after block of fitness modules until the total program has been assembled in the final week. Level Three is a purely Chakra Based program. Students may use this program to deepen their understanding of the chakra system for inner fitness or they may take the program as a preparatory step toward the level one ASAP fitness and conditioning program.

Students who sign up for the two programs will study them in sequence for a continuous 14 weeks of fitness training and study.
