We
welcome you to join us in our yoga classes! Our Yoga programs start up every
month of the year as weekly or twice weekly class attendance programs. In the
summer we have weekday drop-in outdoor Yoga classes when weather permits (no
classes are held on statutory holidays).
Students may drop in to most of our classes early in the month, pay for the month-long program or buy a punch pass. Classes are 60minutes in length. Students are encouraged, for maximum benefit, to commit to a full three months of yoga classes to give their bodies a chance to appreciate Yoga’s effects.

Our yoga classes help teachers relax and regroup at the beginning or end of their teaching day (special rates for schools and gated communities).

We welcome you to join our 30-minute Pilates for Beginners classes! Each program runs for four weeks and we start at the beginning of each month (no classes in June, July or August). We cover 18 safe Pilates exercises that are all conducted on a mat with no additional equipment. The intent of the Pilates program is to give students sufficient training in four sessions so they develop and practice their own daily Pilates program at home. Each week builds upon the exercises learned in the previous class and are practiced through the week so drop ins are not permitted. Handouts and audio recordings are available to reinforce class instruction and encourage home practice.

We welcome you to join our 90 minute ASAP Fitness classes. Each program runs for seven weeks and we start every second month. Students receive and work from a workbook that guides them through a seven week comprehensive training program designed to give the best results in the shortest time. The intent of the ASAP fitness program is to give students sufficient training in seven sessions so that they develop and practice their own daily fitness program conveniently at home and gain the confidence to join a gym should that be their goal.

On Friday mornings, when student enrollment warrants, we have an advanced or
accelerated level of yoga leading to and including Ashtanga styles of flow yoga.
This is for students enrolled in the Teacher Training programs as well as those
who are athletic or who have previously attended our yoga classes.
Student teachers who attend the advanced class may teach pose sequences and
class segments through pre-arranged appointment and following the guidelines
(1-5 below).
Student teachers are welcome to discuss their program of study and teach a segment of a yoga class.
Friday morning yoga sessions, when they occur, are open to those student teachers currently registered in our Yoga Teacher Training Programs. These sessions are held on Friday mornings when registration warrants. Yoga Student Teachers are invited to attend these sessions as a way of developing their presentation skills by leading class segments and connection with their yoga teaching peers.
If you are curious about Helen Duggan's Yoga Teacher Training Program and have not yet enrolled or if you are an advanced student who would like to enjoy a session of yoga with other sincere students you may attend the teacher training practicum sessions $32.10 per session. Local students (those close to Santosha Studio)
Enrolled local student teachers, who wish to, may organize their own group of students for a practicum to be held in the Lantzville Yoga & Fitness Studio Studio for a minimum group of 8. Advanced bookings can be made for Saturday or Sunday mornings from 10:00 am to 12:00 for these workshop practicum classes. During these sessions Helen Duggan, will lead the teaching of Yoga and discuss Yoga teaching techniques. These workshops are held at a cost of $53.50 per person. The student teacher who organizes the group will receive 20% of the total amount paid by attending students the remainder to Axxess.
Enrolled student teachers who are living farther afield may arrange their own group of students for a practicum in their own communities for a minimum of 14 students on a Saturday or Sunday morning through advanced booking. Helen Duggan, as Yoga Teacher Trainer, will attend to teach and discuss teaching techniques. These workshops are held at a cost of $69.50 per person. The student teacher will receive 20% of the total amount paid by attending students the remainder to Axxess.

Meditation study and practice classes can commence any Saturday or Sunday morning where sufficient enrollment warrants and the date is open. We welcome you to contact us and express an interest!
Our meditation classes examine meditation and study different styles of this discipline.
